MORNING DRINKS TO LOSE WEIGHT

HEY EVERYONE TODAY I AM GOING TO TELL YOU HOW YOU CAN LOSE YOUR WEIGHT, BELLY FAT. YOU CAN BURN YOUR CALORIES AFTER TAKING THESE DRINKS WHICH I AM GOING TO TELL YOU. SO LET’S BEGIN.

THERE ARE 2 OPTIONS SO YOU CAN TAKE ONLY ONE IN THE MORNING. IT DEPENDS ON YOU WHICH DRINK IS GOOD IN TASTE. BUT BOTH THE DRINKS ACT LIKE SAME.

OPTION 1:

  1. TAKE 4 STALKS OF CORIANDER LEAVES. TAKE SOME WATER AND THE LEAVES IN THE BLENDER AND BLEND IT.
  2. ONE HALF LEMON.
  3. ONE GLASS OF WARM WATER.
  4. IN THE GLASS TAKE WARM WATER ADD LEMON JUICE AND CORIANDER PASTE.
  5. MIX IT WELL.
  6. DRINK.

OPTION 2 :

  1. TAKE A GLASS OF WARM WATER.
  2. ADD ONE TEASPOON HONEY.
  3. ADD HALF LEMON JUICE.
  4. MIX IT WELL.
  5. DRINK
